What should I expect on my first visit?
We ask that you come a few minutes early to fill out a brief application for care. You will then follow your therapist into the studio where you can discuss the type of treatment you will be receiving, your health history, and what your expectations are from the treatment. Your therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress to your comfort level and cover yourself using a top sheet. Your therapist will knock prior to re-entering the room. The studio provides. Should I talk to my therapist during my massage treatment?
It is important to communicate with your therapist regarding your tolerance, room and table temperature, or any questions you may have about the treatment you are receiving. We encourage our clients to relax during body treatments, so it is not necessary for you to talk throughout your entire treatment.

When should I reschedule another appointment?
Your therapist will be glad to give you a suggested time frame for rescheduling depending on the therapeutic results you are trying to achieve.

What do I do if I need to cancel a massage session?
We understand that sometimes things come up and you aren't able to keep your appointment with us. We require a 24 hour notice when situations arise and you need to cancel. Please DO NOT leave us a voicemail to cancel an appointment. You can either text your therapist directly, or send us an email. This is the fastest way to get a hold of us. If you do not cancel within the 24 hour time frame, we do charge a $35 rescheduling fee. Some exceptions may be acceptable, but must be approved by the therapist and the manager. Please understand that by not giving us 24 hours notice does not give us time to fill that time slot on our already busy schedules. Therefore, it costs us money and our valuable time and hurts our small growing business.

Should I tip after my treatment?
Gratuities are not included in the price of any of our services. It is your choice as to whether or not you wish to leave a tip.
